The need
Where this helps.
“How many units do we manage, across how many properties?” Manyatta lets users ask Ririkana AI alongside their portfolio records. The assistant returns an answer with linked sources and a checked-at timestamp, so they can follow it back to the records and check the details.
Even a simple portfolio question can mean opening several records or asking another team member. Manyatta brings properties, units, landlords and tenants into one application and connects them to a conversational assistant, making portfolio information easier to find and verify.

Manyatta is florid.io’s property management project. It brings property, unit, landlord and tenant records together with a Ririkana AI portfolio assistant.
Can a similar platform support multiple property teams?
That can be part of the scope. We would define the boundaries between organizations, properties and user roles, then design access and reporting around those requirements.
Can you connect our payment provider or existing records?
We assess provider APIs, record formats, data quality and reconciliation needs before confirming an integration or migration plan. Share the tools you currently use in your brief.
